By downloading, installing, or using Nasheedify ("the App" or "the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.


Terms and Conditions - User Accounts


Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. Nasheedify is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

Terms and Conditions - Subscriptions


Subscription Plans

The App offers subscription services that grant access to premium features and content. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes associated with your plan.

Billing & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as specified). Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings or through your app store. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.

Changes to Subscription Fees

We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. We will notify you of fee changes in advance, and your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.


General Terms and Conditions


User Conduct

You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
  • Share your account or login credentials with others;
  • Upload or transmit harmful code or content;
  • Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, content, and functionality, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the App. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted in the App, and your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
