Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example, we may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Third Parties That Collect Data Through Nasheedify

Some of the services above collect data directly from your device, meaning they act as data collectors in their own right rather than only receiving data from us. As of the date below, those are:

• Google / Firebase — hosting, authentication, database, storage, crash reporting, push notifications, and analytics. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics) — app and website usage, including page views, sign-ups, trial starts, and purchases, together with the campaign parameters described above.
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase validation across platforms.
• Metricool — website visit analytics.
• PayPal — creator payouts only.
• Apple App Store and Google Play — app distribution, purchases, and crash diagnostics, where you install the app through them.

We do not sell your Personal Information, and we do not share it with advertising networks for cross-app tracking. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

Creators and Podcasters

If you apply for or claim a creator profile, we additionally collect the information you submit in the application form (including your name, contact details, links to your work, RSS feed, and any credentials you choose to share), the content you upload, and — if you opt into payouts — the PayPal email you provide. Statistics about your content (streams, likes, downloads, shares, and aggregated listener demographics) are generated from listener activity and shown to you in the creator dashboard. Administrators of Nasheedify can see the same statistics, your application, and your payout records.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of Personal Information to provide and improve our services, ensure security, support user engagement, and fulfill legal obligations:

• Name – If provided by the user (e.g., via profile setup or authentication)
• Email Address – For account creation, communication, or authentication
• Phone Number – If provided during verification or account setup
• Device Information – Such as operating system, device type, unique identifiers
• User Input – Text or content entered in forms, prompts, chat interfaces, etc.
• User Actions – Including app behavior like likes, follows, content views, or session events

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain features of the app may be restricted to premium users. These include, but are not limited to, downloading content, enabling notifications, unlocking future features, and creating more than 3 playlists.

Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, which facilitates in-app purchases, subscription validation, and usage tracking. RevenueCat may collect anonymized device data, app usage, purchase history, and identifiers to ensure your subscription is applied correctly across devices and platforms.

Minors

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), if you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), we process your personal information under the following lawful bases:
