Podcaster Terms and Conditions of Nasheedify by Adam Zekkani

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply specifically to podcasters (“you” or “Nasheedify Podcasters”) who upload, distribute, or promote podcast content through the Nasheedify platform (“we”, “us”, or “the Platform”). By using the platform as a podcaster, you agree to comply with these Terms fully and consistently.

Content Guidelines

All podcast content and associated metadata must comply with Nasheedify’s standards and values. Our goal is to maintain a respectful and spiritually uplifting environment.

• The use of musical instruments in podcasts is strictly prohibited. Any podcast found in violation will be removed from the platform.
• All uploads must reflect professionalism, religious sensitivity, and cultural integrity.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly forbidden:

• Profanity or vulgar language
• Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory content
• Anti-Islamic sentiments or any material that undermines Islamic principles

Podcasters who violate these rules may face immediate removal of their content and potential account suspension.

User Conduct

Podcasters must engage respectfully and responsibly on the platform.

• Disruptive, abusive, or harmful behavior toward other users or staff will not be tolerated.
• Constructive community interaction and respectful discussion are highly encouraged.

Intellectual Property

Podcasters are responsible for ensuring that they own or have secured all rights necessary to upload and share their content.

• Do not upload third-party content unless you have obtained explicit permission to do so.
• Nasheedify reserves the right to remove content that infringes on copyright or any intellectual property laws.

Payment and Stream-Share

Nasheedify compensates podcasters through a stream-share model tied to the number of plays their podcasts receive.

• Revenue includes earnings from advertisements, premium subscriptions, and other monetized features of the platform.
• Podcasters will receive a revenue share percentage set by Nasheedify. This percentage may change and will be communicated in advance.
• Payments are issued once your earnings meet the minimum payout threshold, which may be adjusted periodically.
• Podcasters can choose from available payout methods (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal).
• Podcasters are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes. Nasheedify does not withhold or submit tax payments on behalf of users.

Modification of Terms

Nasheedify may update these Terms at its discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered podcasters. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement with the updated Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Nasheedify makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability of its services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nasheedify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its services.
