Artist Terms and Conditions of Nasheedify by Adam Zekkani

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply specifically to artists (“you” or “Nasheed Artists”) who upload, share, or distribute Nasheed content on Nasheedify (“we”, “us”, or “the Platform”). By contributing to Nasheedify, you agree to follow these terms in full.

Content Guidelines

All submitted Nasheed content must uphold the platform’s ethical standards and religious alignment. Content is reviewed to ensure consistency with Nasheedify’s values.

• The use of musical instruments is strictly prohibited. All Nasheed submissions must be free of instrumental accompaniment.
• Content must not include profanity, hate speech, derogatory language, or any form of discrimination.
• Artists who violate these content rules may have their material removed without prior notice and risk account termination.

Community Engagement and Conduct

Nasheed artists are expected to maintain a positive, respectful, and professional tone when engaging with the platform or the community.

• Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior toward other users or the platform team is grounds for disciplinary action.
• Respectful communication and constructive participation are key to preserving the integrity of the artist community.

Ownership and Licensing

By uploading content to Nasheedify, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have obtained all necessary permissions to distribute it.

• You must not upload copyrighted material without proper authorization.
• Nasheedify may remove content if there is reason to believe it infringes upon intellectual property rights or violates any applicable laws.

Revenue Sharing and Payments

Nasheedify supports creators by sharing revenue earned through content streams, premium subscriptions, and advertisements.

• A percentage of revenue is allocated to artists based on the number of streams their content receives. The percentage is determined by Nasheedify and may be adjusted with notice.
• Artists will be notified of payment schedules and thresholds. Payments will be issued once the artist’s earnings meet the designated minimum payout threshold.
• Multiple payout methods will be available. Artists may select their preferred option from the methods provided.
• Artists are solely responsible for reporting their earnings and fulfilling tax obligations in their respective jurisdictions. Nasheedify does not withhold or remit taxes.

Amendments to Terms

Nasheedify may revise these artist-specific terms at any time. Significant updates will be communicated to registered artists via email or through platform notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to any revised terms.
