Nasheedify Terms and Conditions

Content Guidelines:

  • All content, including podcasts and Nasheed tracks, must comply with our content guidelines.
  • Any use of musical instruments in Nasheed tracks is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the removal of the content from the platform.

Prohibited Content:

  • Content containing profanity, hate speech, or any form of discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Nasheed artists found in violation of these guidelines may face immediate removal of their content from Nasheedify.

User Conduct:

  • Users, especially Nasheed artists, are expected to engage with the platform and its community in a respectful and positive manner.
  • Any behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or violates the rights of others will not be tolerated.

Intellectual Property:

  • Nasheed artists must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and distribute their Nasheed tracks on Nasheedify.
  • Nasheedify reserves the right to remove any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Payment and Stream-Share for Nasheed Artists:

  • Nasheedify offers a compensation model for Nasheed artists based on the number of streams their Nasheed tracks generate.
  • The stream-share percentage is the portion of the revenue generated from advertisements and premium subscriptions that will be allocated to the Nasheed artist.
  • The exact stream-share percentage will be determined by Nasheedify and may be subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to Nasheed artists in a timely manner.
  • Payments will be processed once the Nasheed artist's earnings reach a specified payment threshold. The payment threshold is determined by Nasheedify and may be adjusted as needed.
  • Nasheedify will establish a payment schedule, and Nasheed artists can expect to receive their earnings on a regular basis. The payment schedule will be communicated to Nasheed artists in advance.
  • Nasheed artists will receive a portion of the revenue generated from advertisements, premium subscriptions, or any other revenue streams associated with the Nasheedify platform.
  • Nasheedify will provide multiple options for payment methods, and Nasheed artists will be able to choose their preferred method for receiving payments.
  • Nasheed artists are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings. Nasheedify does not withhold taxes, and Nasheed artists should consult with tax professionals to ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Modification of Terms:

  • Nasheedify reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

  • Nasheedify provides the service on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Nasheedify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Service.
